Does your home make you swoon? I think it should! My name is Amy Tausk, founder and owner of Swoon Interiors, a full-service Interior Design Company that believes decorating should be fun. I want to help you create those places in your home that make your heart skip a beat just a little whenever you see them. I can help you find the things that will put a smile on your face each day when you use them and live with them.
I worked for many years in the creative side of advertising and website design and have always had a passion for good design. Now as a mom of two boys, Swoon Interiors has become my creative outlet to help others feel passionate about their own homes.
I really encourage taking an easygoing approach to decorating and having the creativity to mix high and low. I think houses should look collected, not decorated. Things like beautiful baskets, woven rugs, even a black and white sketch found at a flea market really speak to me because of the artistry and the workmanship that went into them. But aside from the visual beauty – the things you surround yourself should also feel comfortable to you and your family.
